  5. Fan : situated mostly on the roof of the building and the main power that forces the air stream in order to move greasy, smoky air out of kitchen.

Why do you need to keep your exhaust system in good shape?

What is a certified hood cleaner?

A Certified Hood and Exhaust Cleaner is one who is formally trained and state recognized. He or she has passed the acceptance level of comptency, determined by the AHJ (authority having jurisdiction).

We are a heavy volume restaurant that finishes our daily operation deep in the night and we need to use kitchen early in the morning. How long does your cleaning process take?

Our jobs usually take within about 3hrs. If the kitchen is big and has many hoods to clean, we can schedule it at your convenience.

Do you provide other cleaning services?

Our main service is cleaning and degreasing the kitchen exhaust systems, but we can also deep clean your deep fryer, grill, soup maker, walls, floors, pipes, etc. And we can order your missing or damaged filters, light globes, grease containments on the roof, or other necessary parts.
